Damn! You’re right! Good catch! I had sent them an email and in the reply I thought he had said it wasn’t included.. Doh!

 

Maybe shoot @Coachbuilder1 a PM and see if you can get it removed from the order before its too late.

 

I have my 6112s on the top setting and sent an email to Ekstrom asking which shackles to go with. He said with the top setting, +3 would put my rear 1.25-1.50” higher than the front.

 

I sent them an email. Heres hoping I (you) caught it in time! Haha!

 

True, but adding the shims in the front would net you an additional inch, making the back only 0.25" - 0.50" higher with the +3 shackles right?

 

That’s what I would think. Darn near level.

Im sorry I didn't explain myself, im talking about the leveling shim for the tundra lean. Some people say it is needed some say they dont.

Ahh, makes sense. It's usually 1 shim if needed to correct the "lean". Measure from the center of your hub up to the fender on each side and see if they are the same or off by 1/2". If one side is 1/2" lower you can add one shim to that side to level it out.

 

Were all years affected by this?

We had 50 that showed interest (Post #668). So far, I counted 27 of those 50 that ordered (posted their invoice to this thread). I tagged everyone else on the original list hoping they are still in. We have three additional members (not on the list from post #668) that will be added who all placed orders. So 30 orders all together at this point and a little over 3 days to go before the group buy closes.
