I couldn't find a "Price paid" thread. I am looking to purchase a new Crewmax, 4WD with the SR5 Convenience Package, which includes the 38 gal tank and Front/back sensors. I don't want any other options.

Pricing seems high in my area. I've emailed a couple of local dealers and they're quoting $42k. But when I price it out on Toyota, MSRP is ~$43k. A friend of mine paid $41k for a Limited about 3 years ago. I was hoping to be $36-37k range.

I've looked on cargurus and local classifieds, but I can't pin point the options.

Anyone care to share what they paid for one with the same options?

Unfortunately that's not a bad price at all. I just got the sr5 TSS model with everything but 4x4 and parking sensors. Sticker price was 47k. I ended up after rebates and negotiating at 39,500. I'm in the gulf coast region.

Just last month: Double Cab, 6.5 bed, TRD Sport, SR5 Convenience Package, Sensors/rear cross traffic, Entune system, spray in bedliner, black out badges - 43kish. Looking around locally, that was pretty in point with all the Toyota dealerships within about 2 hours.

SR5 Crewmax TRD Sport, SR5 Upgarde package, sport convenience package, factory bed liner, deck rail system, and all weather floor liner/door sill package. ~$48,500 MSRP, I paid $42k OTD. 87% of MSRP, feel like I did pretty good. Did all my negotiating via email, only went in to test drive and sign paperwork.

Reposted from an earlier post I made..

Guys, I read every post on this subject and I would like you to consider this advice, IT IS ABOUT PERCENTAGE OFF MSRP PRIOR TO REBATE, TAXES AND DOC FEE.
In my experience, if you get 11.3% off MSRP (prior to rebate, doc and tax) you are getting almost everything except end of month sales bonuses from Toyota etc.
For instance, just bought 19 Crew Max with MSRP of 45,550 minus 5,150 dealer discount (11.3% discount) minus 2,500 Toyota rebate (everyone gets it in your region) for 37.9k plus doc fee and tax (everyone pays this).
Ask for 13% of MSRP, minus any rebate(s), doc fee and tax and start the dealer chat right!

New car sales are in the shitter right now and Tundra is even worse. You should easily be able to roll that truck for under 40k, tax title and license included. They're overcharging you. Where are you located?

Did you do any negotiating from there? Or did you not purchase it. That seems like a decent price, but I would love to get someone down to the low 42's.

Wow how much do crew max and double cabs defer? I got my double cab limited for what some of you are paying for SR5s.

As far as price, it seems 2-4k difference, at least on a limited. It's so hard to tell for sure. I know they don't move a lot on price after their initial quote. Whether I go crewmax, super, or a Sierra crew cab is entirely dependent on how much I get for my Tacoma and how much I clear on my mustang after the remainder of my loan is covered. I'm kinda right on the edge of what I'd be comfortable paying.
