    I think there removable to wash truck bed out.

    I believe they are drain plugs. I bought some elbows from Lowes, popped a hole through 2 of them, and routed the drain hoses from my bed cover through them

    My guess is they are provisions for how the bed it's transported down the assembly line while the truck is built. Add caps after the bed is mated to the chassis, drains are a good idea to but seems odd to have 4 for that.

    I have a Toyota tonneau cover on mine and the outer two have drain hoses running to them from a gutter that the cover sits on. Just like downspouts on a house.

    So that's what those are? I have the same Tonneau top on mine and was wondering what those were but just haven't climbed in there to check them out.

    Tonneau cover drain tubes can be routed through there to keep water out of the bed.
