    If you go back to the dealer that installed it, I can’t imagine they’d decline warranty because of it.

    I’ve had the lift in n there for about 2 years , no issues whatsoever. The other boot on the wheel hub side is fine. The driver side both boots are fine , so the lift and installed diff drop are not a factor as far as I can see.

    Something must of got stuck in the boot to twist it like that.. my neighbors tundra did that when a branch got caught in the control arm and it.

    It’s cheaper (labor hours) and easier to just replace the whole shaft. It doesn’t take that long either.

    dropped it off at 11 this morning. The service writer called and said it should be covered under the warranty as it looks like its just the boot.
    Kinda funny though - i walk in and start the paperwork , the guy asked " any modifications to the truck ?" I said , yep . you want me to list them alphabetically or chronologically ?

    sorry for the late update - dealer put a new boot kit on there . No damage to anything . All covered under warranty.
