Need Advice - 3" Tundra lift with tires and wheels

I'm about to order nitto exo grapplers, in a285/70/18. Only a couple tires available in that size. Don't think anyone makes a 285/75? Not any that I've seen anyway. Nittos website says the exos are 11.5x33.98, so darn close to 34. Remember that when the weight of your truck is on them, they squish down a bit.

 

I am wondering if I went with 20" rim and then went with the 275/70 R20's....what that would look like with my 3" lift. Any thoughts here ?

 

I've heard that the shorter sidewall is a mistake unless you're doing all highway and no snow. Aren't20" tires quite a bit more expensive to? My personal opinion is if you want an aggressive offroad tire that they look funny with short sidewalls. But that's just how I feel about it. Everyone has a different idea about what looks good.

Rod, what kind of wheels do you have? You need to know the offset before you can decide on tires. Have a picture?

 

Right now I have the 275/65 r18 that came on the truck. I have not got the 3" lift yet. It is a 2013 Toyota Tundra crew max 4x4

 

Wondering you all's advised here on two types of tires and which you all would go with as it relates to the aggressive look plus also is not loud and rides well.

Those are your tires... what wheels do you have? Stock wheels?

 

Stock Toyota steel wheels. Trying to decide on which tires to go with based on the two I posted above

+1 for Mr. Wheel Deal. Just put in a couple of quotes for a wheel/tire package and they beat out everyone else, including locally.
