I've been looking for an exhaust for my '15 Tundra.
I have looked on summit and i stopped in my local exhaust shop today to see if they had any recommendations. The shop told me to do some research and find some options because he had only done a couple exhausts on Tundras and had some issues with sensors and ECM?

Looking around to see if anyone on here has had any such problems, or if there is a certain kit/muffler that you like or would recommend?

I have had the 6 and 8 and both are great. Great sound and performance made right here in the USA

I have a dual in dual out Flowmaster super 40 muffler bent behind rear tires. Had the shop install two Toyota emblemed black chrome tips that I purchased before hand. Nice rumble on start, aggressive at acceleration and the musically drone you expect from a dual exhaust at highway speeds. Oh Yea!!! I buy a dual to hear a dual.

Highly recommend going all out on an American Racing catless exhaust system w/headers. Throw in a dry AFE filter and you'll see some serious hp gain

Yep he did and that’s why I have a 10” D/D stainless steel system, sounds great and still passes Cali nonsense smog rules.

Thanks for all the mentions guys!!

That’s the beauty of the way that I build exhaust. Each and every system is built for the end user, as well as for the truck.

Then we package it up and send it to you. Direct bolt on. From massive power gains, to a simple Catback. Ridiculous loud. Stock quiet. Or somewhere in between.

    All with no drone.

As stated above. Give a call for more details.

i have the trd set up on my 2016 for 3 months now and its perfect. No annoying drone on the freeway but if you need a little bit noise just step on the gas to let everyone hear you. My wife doesnt even know i changed my exhaust system and she get annoyed very easily. My kids loves it when i press the gas

Kenwood DDX 9906XR headunit with full Tech 12 volts sound system and dash cam.
The group buy for the budget systems has them like $120 off right now, which is nuts!!!

As all have stated, give Keith a call from @dirtydeeds. He loves talking exhaust and can feel his clients out to make sure he gets them the exact product they want. I've run his 8", my brother in law has his 6", and now I'm getting read to put on his TRD replacement system with custom mid pipes and long tube headers!!! :militarypress:

The beauty about his exhausts if he offers a sound warranty. If you order one of his products, and aren't 100% satisfied... He'll credit the amount you spent towards another exhaust. His customer service is top notch!

Group buy ends on Saturday...

Exhaust Dirty Deeds 8”SS, some led lights, Osram headlights, Pro Stop brakes, Pop Lock, AFE dry air filter with charcoal delete.

8 inch Dirty Deeds stainless single outlet. Very good, no problems in 4 years. I don't notice much HP gain. Must be my old man foot. Very very minor drone when going up hill I have the resonator installed. Quiet when needed, great sound when “needed”. Hope this helps.

For me, I love the TRD duals. The sound has seemed to get even better over the 10,000 miles. My wife tolerates them well, and says the truck sounds “mean”- which makes me smile....

As stated above, the budget system is dirt cheap right now.

Or we can send just a muffler for your local shop to weld in for only $150

Either way call to kick around some ideas. 760-877-4234

Do you notice the fluttering chopper sound at all. I have the TRD exhaust too - which I really like - but going up inclines in 6th gear between 50 and 65 mph, I get a bit of that chopper sound. I'm at 4600 miles. It has smoothed out considerably compared to when it was new. Wondering if it will continue to subside.

It will burn in and not be a noticeable. My precious truck had the trd system for 3 years and was really starting to sound sweet.

I'd either go dirty deeds (full exhaust), TRD, or Borla.
    Still stock though..
