It’s going to be all the rage. #noucas

I was all nervous about getting my truck inspected because of the BAMuffler (Massachusetts has new video inspection and pretty much any mod, especially lifts over 2” and exhausts a certain decibel won’t pass) so when the guy who inspected it came back and told me I didn’t pass I thought I’d have to rip out the muffler. He said my UCA ball on driver side was shot. (Muffler was fine)

Amazed because I have only 55k miles and don’t drive like too much of a Masshole, he said that this will happen, especially running heavier tires. So I decided to cry once and future proof my front end a bit and go with the SPCs because of their strength and adjustability. And if I decide to go with bigger tires, I won’t have fitment or alignment issues with camber.

The water color screams "Gulf Coast", but the lack of seaweed makes me think farther south than Galveston. My guess is Corpus or South Padre? :) Great lookin ride. What size lift is that?

Only 55K, that’s kind of ridiculous for these to look like that. Thought these were tougher.

Mine already had the TRD exhaust on it when I bought it new. I am soooo glad it had it. It sounds great even when outside of the truck, I let the wife drive it around just so I could hear it from outside.

Finally had time to install the front sway bar, which makes a big difference since I had the rear sway bar installed. Also added a wireless quick charger phone holder. Got tired of plugging and unplugging my phone.

Paired up my existing jl audio 10tw1 sub with a new JL JX250/1D amp. This hits way harder than I expected. Cost for this combo was reasonable. 42D4CD58-F714-4698-A0D8-D2B13B4039F0.jpg

Snagged a Yeti GoBox in the charcoal color. Any recommendations for how to securely keep it planted in the bed? The reason I got this? Our trucks have poor storage options and I don’t want to cut my floorboard. Using it to keep tie downs, gloves, first aid kit, fire, glow lights, etc.

I'm telling you man, save the hassle and buy these in the quoted post below when they come out for all to buy (since you probably didn't get in on the group buy). I think overall those who bought them are thrilled with the results. I saved some money (about $90) and bought the gloss white ones as opposed to the OEM 040 color match, and the difference is negligible, at least to me. They make them with holes for the sensors. You can buy just the fronts, or buy fronts and rears. Just the fronts only took me about 45 minutes to install.

I used a shower rod and some clamps to hold mine in place. The rubber bed mat helps with it not moving as well.

Did this help overall sound to the speakers too or just the sub? I've been wanting to make my jbl system a little better.

Always amazed by that front end transformation. Looks so much better. Black Plastidip matches that center black section almost perfectly in texture and color. But white dip also looks good, close match. I think I'd try white to be honest. Also some guys have had great success with wrapping the caps

What if anything did you do to treat the metal under the plastic caps? Here in new England I would be very concerned about getting water, salt, snow, dirt, etc trapped between the chrome and covers

You could try the tie down straps for the coolers. They have a part you would bolt to the bed. RTIC sells some.
