So there are a lot of threads on this subject, you can search them and look at all the options. However, generally, they will fall into a couple of categories:

Spyder headlights fit into your price range but you need to factor in costs of HID or LED upgrade.
Do it yourself Retrofit which involves baking and taking apart your headlights - cheaper but not the easiest mod.
Budget Retrofit from eledobleu - starts at $400 but can escalate quickly and you need to also factor in shipping costs.

I am ordering Retrofits from eledobleu.

What is the reason you want to change headlights? Do you want better output or just looking for a different look?

Eledobleu retros here. They might cost a little more than you wanna spend but it's totally worth the $200 extra.

If you are looking for best quality I recommend do retro, using morimoto. Should run you around 400+/-(morimoto d2s) in parts and 200 to keep. It's not easy project, I read that Tundra especially hard. I did my 4Runner and it took me a while.
With aftermarket lights all what you get is the look, pretty much.
    Good luck!

I think a retro is your best bet. It's worth it IMHO. Much better performance and looks, so many ways to customize the lights to what you like. I did mine myself, it was a pain. I learned and it worked out, but would have been way easier to pay a pro. Here is the DIY I did on it....

I don't want to do it myself because I don't want to fuck it up

Soon as I get some more funds, I'm doing a retrofit. Will run about $800 for all that I want, but will be kick ass I think.
