Are the ones that fit a 13 different than a 19?

 

Probably missed this. I have a 2015 Platinum grill. This is a smaller DH than for a SR5 grill right?

 

Totally different.
The 07-13 are the same size
The 2014+ Tundra emblems are bigger in size, in fact the biggest size emblem made by Toyota.

The Platinum edition Tundra uses the same size as the 07-13 Tundra.
Tis is due to the different size of emblem used.

Most likely it will not work.
You'll be placing a 3/4" aluminum emblem in front of the sensor.
I wouldn't risk it.

On the other side of the coin some people disliked the TSS sensor.
Someone mentioned that the truck applied brakes all of the sudden where nothing was on it's way.
Too scared he removed the sensor and installed some horns.

You can use them as a hitch cover if that helps, I'd suggest a smaller one I feel it goes better as a hitch cover than the larger ones.

True, a customer in Puerto Rico installed Devil Horn on the rear of his FJ

 

Do you have a pic of that and how he mounted it? Might do that to my FJ.

 

No pictures of how it was mounted but below is the end result.
He used automotive grade 3M tape.
Another customer drilled thru his door and fasten the emblem using #10 screws.

 

Can you confirm if the emblem can still be mounted to the 19 platinum (honeycomb) grill like @Migraine (above) has? I have a '17 so I dont have TSS but would like to put this grill insert on and then the devil horns. Much appreciated!

 

It will most likely be a 07-13 Tundra size emblem.
Perhaps if you measure your grille I can confirm.

Toyota keeps changing the emblem size on some models.
