Starts at $8900. I was under $11k with all the options, installation and taxes. I’ve got no complaints, I love it

Have you had to or feel the need to add suspension changes to support it and gear? @320lbs plus mods, this is a sweet rig if it holds up.

The gloss of the DPC shield looks very good. And reviews have it as very glossy. I did buff with carpro essence under the shield, essnse is known for its jewling effects so that could be part of why I achieved so much gloss. But my research leads me to believe its glossy on it's own as well

I don’t really need to but I’m going to swap the rear leafs with some icon RXT springs to bring the back end up some more for when I’ve got it loaded or am towing. Not touching anything else.

I do like those rails but I am really liking The no step or rail look, wife not so much. Kinda looking at amp steps for her 5’1”...but let me think about it. I have buddy that does Shreveport often.

Put on an N Fab light bar and lights. Don't have the wire harness yet, soon to come. The light bar is very well made, but a giant pain in the ass to put on.

    Too many…scratch that…not done yet.
Upgraded my brakes, before I upgraded my brakes...

Hubs of new rotors first. 2 coats, VHT caliper black.
    IMG_0029.jpg

    Then went at the calipers.
    Longest.
    Most.
    Tedious.
    Job.
    Ever.
Dremeled every inch of each caliper, sanded. Washed with Super-Clean and dish soap multiple times.
Painting consisted of high-temp primer, 2 coats of VHT red, 2 coats VHT anodized red, 2 coats of VHT anodized silver (for stenciled logo), 2 coats clear, then baked. (I hadn't cleared or baked in the below pic).

    Before and after...
    IMG_0030.jpg

    IMG_0031.jpg

I haven't taken any pics since mounting...pissing rain. I'll get some pics posted in days ahead.

Finished this morning but started last night. Did a UPOL spray in bed liner. Pretty happy with the results except where I masked a little more than I should of. Once the Retrax is on, no one will know the difference. Last pic shows my fail.

Wow nice job. Did you sand the whole bed down first? Came out great and I'd love to diy mine but the prep work seems daunting to me

I did sand the whole bed but just enough to take the shine off. It was time consuming because I used a 5in dynabrade air sander. Then wiped it all down. Then took just some sand paper to hit all the spots the sander couldn't. Blew the dust out. Masked off the truck. Final wipe down with acetone. Then mixed and sprayed 1 bottle at a time. I did the tintable and was going for color match. Turned out a little darker but I think it's because the texture.
