I wanted to post this thread because like some of you, I've spent countless hours trying to figure out what the best look was for my Tundra. Well, for what I wanted, this lift ended up being perfect!

    2018 Tundra SR5 TSS Offroad 2WD
    Readylift 3/1 SST Lift Kit
    Spidertrax 1.25 Wheel Spacers
    Stock Wheels & Tires

I did put the lift and spacers on myself, which took me about 7 hours total (prep, install, cleanup). I was alone and used all hand tools, so it took me longer than probably some of you with power tools and some help. Once complete, I took it to my local Toyota dealership and they were able to get all of the angles in the green, so she's straight and true.

Anyway, hope you guys enjoy the before and after pictures below. If you have any questions and are considering a look like this, let me know and I'll answer any questions you have. Also, my girl is a concrete queen, so not expecting to go off-roading other than the occasional gravel road or grass lot. I wanted to lift for more of the look than anything else.

Same as mine. Are you wanting to go taller?

    AWESOME LOOK.
I will need to do the same to mine. What did the dealership do in order to get the "angles right" ? Alignment?

Yep! I installed everything myself and torqued to spec, then the next morning took it to Toyota for an alignment. They were able to get the angles in the green!

DKnight, can you tell me more or less what tools did you need for the upgrade?

    - Floor Jack with wood blocks for the height.
    - Safety Jacks so you don't kill yourself if your floor jack fails, plus you may need your floor jack to help with the release of the coilover (Spring & Shock). So the extra jackets will hold the truck while you move your floor jack where it's needed.
    - Ratchet and Sockets. (Red Thread Locker)
    - A Ratchet strap or two will come in handy to hold the suspension together when taking down and putting it all back together again.
    - A friend on speed dial if you need an extra set of hands.

Looks good! How’s the ride quality compared to stocks?

    Alot of them
The spacer kits will ride rougher when it comes to bumps and potholes. I am taking mine out and replacing with Toytec Alumas.

Honestly, the ride quality is no different to me. Still running stock shocks and springs and that's kinda the point with these smaller lifts.., keeping the stock ride but giving you a little height. Maybe if your intention is more of an off-road use, then a basic lift may not be your best option. But for your everyday driver it's perfect.

Looks nice...285/55 is a nice look.

How’s your long term satisfaction? Have you found that you get rocks kicking up with the wider wheel stance?
