Was wondering what affect I would have on alignment with doing just the shackles? Could I drive around say a month with minor issues until I do the shims and spacers before I get my new tires and wheels on? Reason I'm asking is thinking about installing a portion of the coach builder kit at a time. Say shackles one weekend all spaces the next then the front shims tires and wheels the next? This doable or should it all be done at once? Thanks in advance!

The rear CB shackles shouldn't have much affect on your front alignment.

No need for an alignment with the shackles u will be fine.

About a year ago I installed pro suspension and got my truck aligned. About two months ago I installed +2 coachbuilder shackles and it had no effect on my alignment.. You’re good to go!
