Paint matched or 05 bumper on a 02

Can I either get a painted 02 front bumper or can I put the 05 painted front bumper on my truck cause I think the chrome bumper is ugly and same goes for rear bumper but I’ve found a rear bumper.

 

Sand and paint the chrome.

 

Painting your existing one is the most cost effective means.

 

I de-chromed mine with Plasti-Dip. It's held up well so far.

 

To each his own.. I personally don't care for the chrome but after driving through bushes, pushing the fence back in place after the hurricane, a short lived love affair with the yellow pole at the gas station and a few other things I can say that I have come to appreciate that shiny bumper.

 

I'm gonna throw bedliner on mine... Bedliner everything!!!
