    i keep trying to upload a short vid with questions about lights and it keeps saying it doesn’t have allowed extension

    You need to publish your video (upload) to the internet. Then you can copy the link address and paste it here and it will be embedded. Typical publishers are YouTube and Vimeo. You cant just upload a video to this forum, you need a dedicated service (YouTube etc) to host your video on their servers.
