Regular cab 'Long Bed' 1st gen Tundra are findable unicorns, but you will never find a 1st gen AC with a factory long bed.

Low miles does not = good vehicle. Dealership was open today so I went and had a look-see. They had inspected it but had not fixed anything or detailed it for sale yet. Lots of rust. PO must have been a beach dweller or avid fisherman and spent lots of time in or near salt water. I was shocked at the rust. Didn't get too detailed in my inspection (didn't want to get rust all over me) so maybe it could be cleaned up and coated but that seems like too much tedious work for me.

Front Bilstein 6112 shocks & Bilstein springs. Rear Bilstein 5160 remote Reservoir shocks, Wheeler’s Off-road add-a-leafs. LED lighting. Pioneer Avic 7200NEX Nav Head unit. Borla cat back exhaust.
Lots of frame rust issues on Tundras & Tacomas where they salt the roads. Might be best to move on.
