    Yes it is! I love fishing for specs and reds but got hooked on triple tail fishing about three years ago. Normally fish for trout in early morning then go looking for triple tail.

    Early spring river fly fishing never disappoints. Between nephew and I, caught suckers (3 Quillback), steelhead, and a small mouth. Had a big steel hen on for about 5+ minutes that jumped 3 feet in the air at least 4 times, but she opted out of being netted at the last second.

    One of the best battles on the fly that I can remember.
