What's everyone's favorite cut of meat?

Beef wise, it's a toss up between ribeye and a good beef tenderloin.

I try to eat one a week in the winter and no limit in the summer.
We only get 3 months of warm weather here so I tend to cook out every chance I get

For steak it’s Ribeye hands down.
    Smoked it’s brisket.

Ultimately, anything not cooked to death with good flavor works for me!

I really love any steak prepared properly. But ribeye is my number one. Although I’ve had many steaks to die for. One of them I got in Arizona at Mastro’s steakhouse. Tomahawk steak shipped in from Australia. Holy shit!

And I don’t know if anyone has ever had Japanese beef but it is seriously prime stuff. Kobe and some other names that are escaping me at the moment.

I've had Kobe numerous times during my 5 years in Japan. Quite good!! Wagyu is mentioned a lot but Kobe steers are massaged and fed grain and sake. The best but still prefer a good old Merica grain and grass, free range ribeye.
