Had to get me a Tundra. 2010 2wd with 4.6 engine. Joined to get help with any mechanical issues that may come up. It has 87,000 miles on it now. I bought it from a used lot so I have no idea what maintenance or repairs have been done to this point. Any suggestions on what I should do to ensure a long life? Any commons mechanical issues with this model?

I believe the 4.6 has a timing belt so that may be coming up at 100K miles

You can take your VIN to the nearest dealer and have them check for any service records and any needed updates.

The 4.6 is a timing chain motor.
The 4.7 is a timing belt motor.

Many run till failure. One could change anytime, should be good for at least 200K or more.

Welcome from TX. A Carfax report is nice to know what kind of service reported as well. 87,000 is Low for year, Fluid changes would be a good start to obtain new baselines.
