Alignment specs

So, I just had 5100's installed at middle with 2 shims on Drivers side and one on passenger. 5100 in rear with Coachbuilder +2's.

I had my alignment done and it feels a little off. Here are my numbers, what do you think?

 

where is your ride height did they use 3.5 or 3.9

The first alignment was with 275 55 20
The second and final alignment was with 275 65 18 base. At the bottom of alignment page there is a ride height which shows the ride hieght they used for settings. Correct ride height in an alignment is critical it will effect your toe settings. Ask if they check ride height before alignment and ensure they know to torque lower control arms to 207ft lb very critical. ... also there is an automatic setting all alignments have that will naturally ver your ride to the right .. this is safety Incase you fall a sleep at wheel car will naturally ver right away from on coming traffic.

 

My sheet doesn't specify and they didn't tell me.

 

What @Watt maker said. More caster is better but might be hard to get with OEM UCAs. Camber should really be closer to 0*. All in all not bad but could be a little bit better. Given the level of competence, or lack thereof, that I've come across and the inaccuracy of the machines you're not too bad.

 

This is a little messed up. Caster should be higher on right than left. Toe should be about 1/3 of what you've got. (My understanding is that .28 is spec'd MAX total for toe) Camber's not too bad but really it should be the same from side to side and IMO 0* is best. It's not rocket science but the "techs" really don't seem to know or care.

 

Do you know about how much more the caster should be on the right compared to left? I have 2.8/2.5 left/right and wondering if that is what is giving me a slight right pull.

 

Right should be, from my personal experience, .5 higher than left.

 

That's gotta be my problem... going in tomorrow to get it straightened out.

 

K4fins.com pick toe settings enter your measurements of front and rear of front tires add your wheel diameter 20”18” etc. hit calculate it will give you your toe in degrees. Pretty cool tool

I'm just curious but why is it the thought of many people on this forum to have cross caster anything other the damn near 0?
