I have two phones synced in my wifes Rav4. Haven't had the chance to see if we both received calls at the same time.

There's an option in your BT settings to sync Contact lists when your phone connects. There's probably 5 or 6 saved phone and multimedia devices on my headunit over the course of different installers connecting and testing my sound system, and several other boring reasons. But, only one type of device can connect at a time via BT. So one phone, and one multimedia/music device. You can have your phone connected and her phone connected as multimedia so you can play music/audio through her phone. Vice versa of course.

So to answer your question, whichever phone is connected via BT, will have its contacts synced to your system. Settings such as Favorites (on your Home Screen) are also saved to the specific phone that is connected. So my wife's phone connects and her favorites show up, and when mine connects, my favorites are synced.

    Hope that makes sense.
