yeah, the title probably sucks...so I will explain.

I have an non JBL system in an 18 Sequoia TRDSport. Looking to replace speakers. I see speakers installed on the inside of the tundras/ sequoias on the JBL premium on the inside of where the side mirrors are.

What is the part number for that Left and Right trim?

Perhaps I’ve licked to many lead painted window sill when I was a kid, I cannot find those part #s.

    Thanks

The problem is I do not have the trim I am looking for, that is what I am looking to add so I can put tweeters in there.

You can also drill using say a Milwaukee 1.5” bur free hole saw to your existing panel. Wrap the tweeter in some sound proof tar, the black sticky stuff on Noico 80, remove the foil. Then wedge it in, no rattles. Especially if you’re planning on buying some sheets of sound matting anyway.

That turned out great. Did you disconnect the dash speakers? Just wondering how you are getting the signal to those tweeters. Thanks

Thanks! The signal is tapped and comes from the front door speakers. The dash speakers have their own wire runs coming from the front.
