Yuge difference! You are detailing pro now. A bottle of Scotch a month should keep the truck shined accordingly.

Found out the TC uppers hit top of coil bucket. We were sending it pretty hard. So we have to trim that more apparently.

    Grill Master. Fleabay.

Spelled Grill not Grille. True story.

They make one in shiney chrome which is cool, too. Another member here (same color truck as mine) has one in the chrome. They run about $185 each. You cut out the existing ribbing and install the powder coated ‘grille’ with about 5 screws. Its a high quality product with a very nice finish.

The Toyota emblem is a ‘Tercel’ emblem. Has a slanted face to it. $14.

scrolling down the page, landed 1/2 way into this post, so the picture showed Monster Class A & blue lift post.
My immediate thought was WHOA - WAY too big for a single post. Then I scrolled down & the Nissan appeared. Phew.
Congrats on awesome new toy - er, tool.

Today I helped move a queen box spring & mattress.
Turns out a queen box spring is larger than my first gen bed.

During the drive I got to wondering - why is that section of the center tray rounded.
...well, it does follow the center console design lines. Guess it's design over function.

Then I grabbed the curve, found a handle.... and a secret storage compartment.
    1. Cool
    2. ICK - the spilled food & crap in there. More cleaning to do.

After unloading the truck & putting my straps back inside I noticed a shadow behind the back seat on the carpet.
    Yep - wet.
...and last week during torrential rains
yep - water onto the passenger floor mat.

You guys have to stop fixing these things.
My truck is fine, then I read about a repair here & w/I 1 month I have the same issue to repair.

    LOL - having just read
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/wha...t-gen-tundra-today.2558/page-214#post-1157097
I have to wonder about the squirrely handling I noticed today.

You guys gotta stop breaking my truck. o_O
(but thanks for telling me how to fix it.)

Did you swing them up and down before bolting on the spindle? I'm curious why this seems to be a TC thing, my Camburg arms don't hit.

Yep so I wonder if the weight of everything causes it run up and down differently. My stock springs are soft as shit that I'm surprised I haven't sent the spindle bolt up into the fender

Pretty strange. Somebody else had to grind theirs down too, thinking maybe it was @Casper421

I have damn near hit the tire on the inner fender (not that plastic liner) but haven't seen contact like that. I've set my gopro up in my fender just to watch, it's nice to see.

Sweet baby jesus and mother of monkey milk. You just did the thing almost all of us want and committed the following errors:

1: acted like none of us would care and threw it up in this section.
2: even though you threw it up in this section, gave no details, which leads me to...
3: didnt start a detailed thread of how to convert a shitty push button 4wd to a manual 4wd selector. With details.

While I am impressed, I'm also disappointed.....

4wd noob here... What's the difference between neutral and hi2 on the transfer case?

Um....neutral is neutral.....no engagment of your drive. hi2 is normal rear wheel drive. You have to be stopped and pass through neutral to shift between 4hi, and 4low, just like you do with an automatic.

    Thanks
Neutral still seems pointless on the tcase when you can put it in 2hi and the trans in neutral.

But my only experience with 4wd is my push button system

I have 3 of these transfer cases. Tempting to swap one in, can’t stand actuator based transfer cases because once the actuator fails it’s expensive...
