I thought that was a 1st gen Tundra, but upon closer inspection it looks to be a pre-tundra T100

Haha good eye Mike! It is a T100. It just died on him last month. He does own both vehicles, that’s why he parks them so close lol

Why is @Sunnier liking all these posts?? Supposed to be at the camp fire making sure her son isnt gettin into shenanigans!

 

There were a few casualties, trucks not people. Cinders and here at camp yesterday morning for the truck pic were the only times I've seen anyone not SGU or affiliate because we've been leaving camp about 9:30 each day and not returning til 9 or 10 each night. Super fun running the Hulk around with these guys!!

Not everyone is doing this, and there are a ton of people in camp when we leave, and when we come back, but by the time we eat and "bathe", it's been too late for walk-arounds. (Also, a pressurized hot water system has bumped up on my priorities list.)

I saw @JDL17CM4x4 Daniel twice and met his other half , and @sdde4n and his son found us for a quick hello , but we never sat down with anyone apart from the group we came with.

We're having a blast! It is Super Fun running the Hulk around with these guys!! I'm reporting out for anyone planning to attend: it'd be optimum to come with others to camp with. That way, even if you split up for trail runs, you can hang out together during any down time. Otherwise, meeting up is not as easy as at, say, a SoCal Shenanigans meet. I'll hope to finally get to chat up Daniel and S at the Cleghorn meet next week.

Haha! It was his turn on the phone call home, so I checked in while "monitoring" to prevent shenanigans.

Or, REALLY, we're out here without all of YOU; what kind of Shenanigans coukd there possibly be?!!

 

T2S was awesome! Hope you all get to go next year. Great to meet lots of folks from here and put faces to names.

Ended up camping next to Mr. & Mrs.@Bannock452 and a super cool You-Tuber named Ryan (Tundra 4x4 Club).


For a second there I thought honorary Shenanigan @Cfincke made it out...but that's not quite his grille.


High-clearance, tow-hitch capable, tube bumper by SS-built. (I think this guy is on here.) Anyhow, so many very cool trucks I saw while walking around camp.

I'm told 208 registered for the event. The group shot was so cool.


Raffle in full swing. Dude near us won a pretty sweet light bar. Sponsors like SDHQ, Rigid, Duro-Bumps, and Icon were there. Maybe a full-fledged expo some day???


Not the best or the most photos, but you get the idea -- so freaking cool. I highly encourage anyone thinking about it to make the effort to go next year. Thank you so much @KevinK and crew!

Wish we could have made it, i was showing Codi FB photos of the event. Saw a photo of @Sunnier Hulk hiding in the back on 1 photo.

I am going to adding a few things to the travel trailer to be better equipped for off grid use, would like to make it next year.

He says, "So I can send it and not have to worry about what happens." Gotta love it.


The SGU/BASTRD group looked like they were having the most fun. I got to meet a few of these cats the morning we left, very cool guys. Here's @831Tun , @InfernoPRO ??, @joonbug , and @Vizsla .

That truck on the trailer is BA! It belongs to a guy named Beau from Louisiana. It's LT, super charged, long tube headers and straight piped as I recall. That thing sounded like a race car going across the finish line at the Cinders race. But, not fast enough to beat Bruce, @papasmurf who won the LT class and had the 2nd fastest time on the course. At an elevation of 7,000' our trucks loose roughly 1/3 their HP. So beating the SCed trucks (forced induction doesn't loose HP) is amazing.
