Eagle Rare 10 Year is probably my favorite, with Blantons and Wild Turkey 101 up there as well.

I like Jamison, Stranahans and Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey. Had some whistle pig rye whiskey a little while ago that was very smooth.

Have ya had Wild Turkey Rare Breed? It's like 123 proof so it's got one hell of a kick to it.

I'm into the Irish over anything. Jameson 12 and Gold, Bushmills 16, and RedBreast 12 are definitely my favorites, neat. Have yet to try Middleton and Bushmills 21.

I have not had the Wild Turkey Rare Breed, but I have had Bookers which is a Jim Beam product and over 120 proof, and Bakers which is another Jim Beam product which is 107 proof. I enjoyed both. One must use caution when pouring more than a few or the next day can be rough.... or so I'm told...

I like Jameson more than Bushmills, AND I will happily drink Bushmills if placed in front of me!

I also enjoy Pendelton when I want something a little more sweet.

Well since I am from the bourbon capital of the world I had to chime in......Woodford Reserve is my favorite. But a close second makers is hard to beat.

I like this subject. Irish whiskeys are smoother than most so if Jamison is to you liking try Green Spot or Red Breast for variety. My house (all purpose go to whiskey) is Buffalo Trace. The flavor is very nice and the price is very reasonable for such a good product. Buy it by the 1.5 liter size for more savings. When I have a hankering for Rye, Old Overhold is one of the best values out there. For a mid priced but exceptional rye get yourself a bottle of Sazerac Rye. There is not much better at any price. At a premium price, Angels Envy Finished Rye is also excellent but, like the Sazerac, difficult to find. Now I'm thirsty and Saturday is my official binge day so, now I've got all this whiskey out, the bar is open and it's time to change my oil.

I like your Saturday's! I haven't had Green Spot but have had the Yellow and I wasn't impressed. I do prefer the RedBreast 12 over the 12 Cask and the 15, Haven't tried the 21 yet. Living in Oregon can be a PITA to get ahold of quality spirits. I tried to order a bottle of Bushmills 21 and Middleton from the local liquor stores and said that I have to order a case as a special order.

Yellow Spot is aged 12 years while Green Spot is aged 7-11 years. This make the taste of Yellow Spot stronger. I have both but prefer the Green Spot and it's about $30 a bottle less than the Yellow. I've tried all the Red Breast except the 12 Cask. On Christmas my son & I did a blind tasting and both thought there was little difference between the 12 & 15 year Red Breast & neither of us cared for the $220 bottle 21 year which I bought for a friend but gave him something else in stead. Didn't think it was right to give him an open bottle of booze. Middleton is another Single Pot Still Whiskey like Green Spot & Red Breast but I have not had the pleasure of drinking that one yet. We are fortunate to have several nice local specialty liquor stores that occasionally get in some of the hard to find items. Competition is a wonderful thing. Living across the street from the townships only bar helps too.

Glenlivet Nadura Triumph - single grain (Triumph) single malt. Unfortunately, they no longer make this variety any more. If you can find a bottle, buy it. I have one bottle left - share it only with my scotch-hound brother-in-law.
Also excellent - Aberlour, Glenmorangie, Balvenie. Always get the 18 year old if you can find it at a reasonable price.
For bourbon, I prefer Black Bush(mill's).
