This is my third Tundra. I bought a new 2017 Limited CM Ive noticed sometimes not all the times the upper left driver side windshield is rattling a bit. This happened once the first and last time I bought a GMC Sierra Z71 and they had to reglue the windshield. Im worried that if I take it back to the dealership they are going to say the don't hear anything.

    Geaux Tigers!

All good bro! I know how it gets at work!

He was definitely a great one!
Psh, Mike was living like a king!! PETA should go look at his living quarters. Catered food, waterfall, a nice piece of property, and cleaning every week or more.
    I'd be loving that!!
PETA's filled with idiotic pussies that're all talk, no action.

Nice!! I've never been in there. I'll have to check them out next trip I make. (That's the one off airline with all the rims in the window right?)If you ever get a tonneau cover, don't go to Kirks. They put my uncle's on, did a crap job and less than two years later, most of the metal is showing and the vinyl is cracking.

Yep. The installation was ridiculous. About five hundred for something i could've done myself. If it was some new shock installs, that would be somewhat understandable, but for a piece of plastic and vinyl over the bed?

Hey his wallet, his problem LOL
Tried to tell him to take an afternoon off and get me to help. Didn't have any of it, so now he doesn't have 5 hundred ponies and half a tonneau cover LOL

Looks like I'm about to go off topic by addressing the original post (lol), but take a look at where the headliner meets the upper left corner of the windshield.

There are plastic clips in there that when not securely fastened or get overstressed, will rattle. Push on the headliner and see if you can replicate the noise. Worth a look.

    Oh, and hook 'em Horns!

thanks for the suggestion BRNG itt I checked the headliner and it seems as sturdy as everything else on a Toyota. I remember I had that z71 there were so many rattles I didn't even want to take it back to the dealer to get looked at. just turned the radio up lol. 30000 miles transmission GONE. that was in 98 nothing but Toyotas since. ive had 9 Toyotas and never did a damn thing to any of them. No problems, Knock on Wood!

My truck rattles where the headliner and windshield meet on the drivers side.... but only when the temperature is below 50* . Been at the dealer several times, they can't find anything.
