Free 2018 Limited Side Mirrors

I replaced my side mirrors with extendable towing mirrors and don't need my OEMs. Free. Local pick up preferred. Turners, MO (SW Missouri). I installed the Trail Ridge brand towing mirrors. I ordered them with turn signals even though my Limited didn't come with that option. The signals on the Trail Ridge function on my truck so that's a bonus! Thanks, Kevin

I guessed that Toyota used one door wiring harness to the mirror for all trim levels. Simply plug the Trail Ridge mirror's plug into the factory door harness. No mod needed.

Looks good. No issues with the blind spot monitoring? Thanks for the link. Will be one of my next upgrades.

 

Blind spot monitoring works well. If anything it may activate slightly later (fraction of a second) than stock probably due to sticking farther away from the vehicle. Haven't tried them extended yet. Trail Ridge's sales staff will tell you that the signals may not work if your truck didn't come with turn signals in the mirror but they did for me.

 

If you'll ship at my cost, I'll take the mirrors then remove and ship the chrome caps to cslax35....

 

@KMG Thanks for the additional details on the new mirrors (turn signals and blind spot monitoring). I've got a 2017 Limited and was looking at purchasing these as well.

I have. They work great. I like the larger main mirror and especially like the convex lower mirror section. Blind spot monitoring works well when extended or retracted. The only two small negatives are the reflective quality of the mirror is slightly less and they vibrate very slightly when extended. I recommend them and would definitely purchase again.
