Deal on drivers side grab handle?

I got a message from megazip it won’t be coming until mid to end of May, it costs me double in Canada elsewhere so I said go ahead. I can wait.

 

Didn’t know what you guys were talking about until I saw nk1794’s install vid. Why aren’t they cut out already?

 

can you tell me what size bolt and clip nut i need?

1/4” All thread bolt 1.5” long

I sent them a message on Friday and they said it normally takes 5-7 business days for an item to ship. It's been 9 business days for me. About to send another message to them.

 

Are you guys part of an earlier batch? I ordered April 11 and they said mid/end May.

 

Mine shows estimated arrival date Apr 23-30

Yet it still hasn't shipped..............From Japan

 

I’m part of the later batch. Ya, get some answers. I don’t think drop shippers have any control. 4WP said my Methods were “in stock”, took my money and I didn’t get them until more than 4 months later due to manufacturing delays, no compensation, still had to pick them up at the store. I don’t order online from them anymore. I’m holding by what mz said for me, end of May. Hopefully get yours soon.

 

I was messaged that it would be mid to late May. I ordered on 20 April

 

Also ordered 4/11, I haven't received any messages at all..

 

But then again I'm in no hurry..

Yes, I'll wait a couple weeks to save 40 bucks.

 

I called my local dealer and for the two parts the handle and the pillar cover with tax they wanted over 275.00. Just for the pillar cover they wanted over 170 dollars! What the he** is going on??!! That is nuts!!!’

 

I called Sparks and the guy told me they were in stock and he directed me to order on line which I did straight away and saved a bundle from ordering out of state. It’s a dang shame a person has to do that. I understand they have to make money but when it is a blatant savings of over 100 dollars it is an easy choice. I try to stay with my dealer as much as possible but when they are unwilling to be of assistance after all the money I have spent there it makes a person want to look out for ole #1!!

 

It came this morning early by fedex and grab handle already installed!!

 

Sparks is normally pretty quick to ship. When I ordered my headlights, I received them in 2-3 days. This was during the 40th anniversary madness as well.

 

When you say "Sparks," are you referring to a dealership? A friend needs a new driver's side grab handle and asked me over the weekend where to get one. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Go to sparks auto parts.com and scroll down about half way after clicking Tundra and you find it. You can order the kit. They couldn’t make it any easier.

 

Just got a shipping notice and tracking from megazip

 

I might reorder if it appears to be in stock. I cancelled originally because they were out of stock.

 

No tracking for me yet. Ordered back in April
