I had 6112s (top setting) and 5160s installed. I'm running BF Goodrich K02s 275/60/20s. The aligent specs looked good after install. Drove around the city and highway last 5 days and found front passenger Cv Joint has dumped all of its grease all over. Could not find a year in the sleeve or it being pulled back. I'm quite disappointed and Im positive warranty will be voided thanks to the 6112s. My truck is a 2018 with 32k miles. Sad day.

Ranch Hand Summit front and rear bumpers. Diamondback SE tonneau cover. Rigid DOT fogs. LED headlight/fog replacement bulbs. Matt Gecko hood, and bed LED's. Foot well led's, and interior LED buld replacement. (warm) Broke the front shock of the 3" spacer lift, so replaced with 6112/5160 and 1' block rear. KO 2's. Speaker replacement, added amp and (2) 10's under seat. Weathertech floor mats. Salex organizers. Ziebart undercoating. RCI front, transmission/diff, and gas tank skids received, waiting for spring install. Compustar remote starter. front/rear dash cam.
I had the same problem.(happened when muffler shop replaced coil overs)I ended up replacing cv axle because by the time I got it in to dealer, the grease was contaminated from off-roading. The labor was significant to repack axle, and replace boot, so I went with a new one.

I had a cv replaced under warranty with the 6112's installed even though I know it happened when I put new gears in. I told the dealer the 6112's are the same thing as the TRD pro shocks and shouldn't void the warranty the service manager agreed and they replaced it under warranty. BTW this is not uncommon for the clamps not to be tight enough from the factory but certainly not being carful when installing the coilover can contribute to the problem.

Yes unfortunately and they use a compression clamp so it's a one time shot you can't tighten them more then when they were installed. If you find your clamp is loose it's better to go the route Ron @Watt maker suggested.

Middle setting is the same. Top setting is taller.

Just throwing it out there, doesn't hurt to ask the dealer. The dealer replaced both front CV axles @18k miles on my old 2014 7" BDS lifted Tundra running 18x10 -25 offset on 35x12.50 Nitto Mud Grapplers. I don't think Toyota should have warrantied it as the truck was pretty modded, but they did. If I didn't bring it in, I wold have shelled out for OEM shafts and installed them myself.

Ya double check the clamps. My passenger side was loose and i just repacked the boot with grease and replaced the clamp with a hose clamp

I understand, that's not the point, I just told the dealer it's the same shock set uip as the TRD Pro and he agreed. I wanted them to cover it under warranty which by the way they do not rebuild they just replace the exile and send the old one back for inspection. FYI I had mine set on the top setting with 2 CB spacers on the driver side and one on the passenger side effectively giving me a little over 3" of lift.
