Just added a lockerdown console safe along with a gun magnet.
Went with their xtreme lid and electronic keypad. Great product. Need so find some type of storage organizer now

I have the same thing but did not like/trust that magnet. I got a OWB holster and mounted it on the side using the VHB tape from 3M...solid as a rock!!

My gun rotated on it but it was probably due to rough Florida roads.

I'm pretty interested in this and looked at the same one (with keypad lock) -- definitely relieved I did this on my big liberty safe, so I don't think there's any looking back once you have the keypad lock.

My question is: that I read they have a beep alert for low bat, but are the batteries accessable outside the safe, so that if the batteries to the safe go to crap you can change and get into safe without having to break in/uninstall?

Also that safe looks amazing...! Thanks

The batteries are accessible from the outside, the area just under the keypad lock.

20170310_150356.jpg The plastic is pretty soft and easy to work with, did this for my 15 and works great.

The hinge on that Lock'er Down looks quite flimsy - anyone heard of one being knocked into the safe from the outside ?

Havnt heard of that. I can tell you that that once unlocked that door flys open from the spring so its probably a lot stronger than you might think
