There's a whole host of cab-level bed racks out there. Are you a Crew Max or Double Cab? If DC, are you short or long bed? How long are the kayaks?

I have a 2018 1794 CM and I just carry my kayaks in the bed with the tailgate down. My Kayaks are almost 12 feet long so should be piece of cake with 10 foot kayaks. I just use several straps to hold them in and they do hang about 3.5 feet over the tailgate but have had no issues.

Depending on your need and how far your are traveling, the harbor freight bed extendor works great as well. Can be used standing up with kayak resting on pads/racks on the cab or length wise with the kayak in the bed of the truck. I went with the second option since my kayaks were big and heavy, especially when loaded down with fishing gear.
Add some pool noodle material around the metal cross bar and you can slide the kayaks in/out without lifting. Even easier if you have a cart/ wheels for your kayak.

I had Yakima bars w/canoe-kayak mounts on a cap on my Tacoma. I'm not that young anymore, and lifting my NuCanoe up there got to be a real pain in the shoulders, so I started using a small utility trailer which was much easier to load/unload. I have not tried the 'yak in the Tundra yet, but I think if I strap it in good up front behind the cab, it will ride just fine in the bed with a bit hanging out.

My 2015 doesn’t have the channels for that to work. I’m guessing someone took them out I figure they are standard in all Toyota’s. I do like that set up. Any body have any resources for the Toyota bed tracks?

I just ordered mine off EBay this morning. For the 6.5" bed. $182.00. They ship free, and no sales tax. Dealers here get $195.00 plus tax.

I just bought a 10ft kayak and not sure what to do now as I have a Diamondback cover. Our 8ft kayak fits like this. Might add a roofbar and angle both of them like the last pic? (I wouldn’t be carrying bikes)

Another option is to get one of those mounts that fits in your tow hitch that they use for lumber and dry wall etc that way you don't have to have that weight on your roof
