Borrowed a skid steer from work. Took it to church this morning to spread gravel. Then headed to my brother's house to move some dirt around for him. Swung by mom and dad's and spent a couple hours with them. Then drove home to dig the sod out so the wife can plant a garden. So, I used what any red blooded American heterosexual man would do with the extra dirt, and I made me a back stop. 97 yds from my back porch. #suppressedisbest

Signed, sealed, delivered. It's more red than we thought, but looks better than what was there. Afternoon thunderstorms tomorrow, so we'll see how it beads. Or in detailing speak how hydrophobic it is.

Built some shelves out of barnwood and black pipe.

Forgive the hideous color on the upper wall; it came with the house. :puke:

Getting rid of it as quickly as possible.

Here are a few more "art" pieces around the backyard we've done over the years. Various projects and stuff for fun.
Got some extra material....why not make something out of it right?

Finally got the hottub delivered and running.
Trying to figure out what to do with the landscaping around it. I’m thinking Trex deck flush with the top.
You can’t see, but we have hot/cold water spigot around the corner where I’ll do a shower and towel rack.

Never been the artsi craftsi kind. But I did make a wind chime once. The twp made me take it down. It was 3 pieces of pipe 8", 10" and 12"in diameter between 5' and 8' long with a mushroom boat anchor for the clapper.... damn art critics!

Thx! Yea, a deck wasn’t the original plan. I wanted to do boulders and grasses around it. But after using it every night for the past few weeks I quickly realized that it would be very nice to sit on the edge when you get too hot.
    We’ll see what happens lol
