    Hey guys!!
I have a 2018 Crew Max and just bought Bora 1” wheel spacers.
Can anyone tell me if I will need to cut the lugs in order for these to fit?
    Thank you.

    Thank you!
Just take about 1/4” off with a grinder?

    What is “iirc”?

(I had a 2010 Crew Max with 3”/2” leveling kit and 35” tires, but never put spacers on)

You may not have to with TRD Wheels. They have a recess in the back. The front is fine as the studs protrude just under 1",the rear studs protrude 1-1/8". The factory TRD wheels have a recess of about an 1/8". At worst you would have to grind a 1/16" off the rear studs but I think they will fit without doing that. I just checked all these dimensions when I did my lift a couple weeks ago as I may use the 1" Bora spacers.

before you cut aything, pull a wheel off and look at the mounting surface. some wheels have recesses that the protruding studs can rest in.type3back.jpg
    if not:

"dry fit" the spacer against the rotor, using a thin straight edge mark where the stud meets the surface. repeat. ideally a hacksaw would be best to mitigate heat(heating studs can damage/ weaken molecular structure of the steel) but a grinder will be much easier. have a spray bottle with some water on hand to periodically cool the studs. may be overkill but id rather not risk my wheel falling off at highway speed.
