maxtrac 3.5 inch front spindles 599.95 and 2inch rear block kit 99.95 plus labor 600.00 so 1300.00
this would allow me to keep your fox 2.0 suspension

Is this how much it cost? Is it worth it?

Sounds like he's saying the spindles cost $599 and install of spindles and blocks is $600.

 which is a fair price. lift spindles come with front extended brake lines which add to cost. plus fluid needed to bleed.
