That's ur ABS trying to lock it up...can't stand it. In my experience it makes it more dangerous...I get ABS, but it's too sensitive to wheel spin.
I can be going a few mph, gently touch the brakes and it wants to lock up b/c it's on ice

Hold the TC button down for 3 seconds until it says auto LSD, rather than just pressing it once. It will shut the traction control off and should work a lot better.

I got out and checked the rotor is fine no scaring or marks can't really see the brake pad. Might be crack or warn weird. It's not pulling are breaking weird.

It's your computer thinking you are loosing control. Your abs system will go off on whatever wheel it needs to get you under control. And it makes that weird noise. I think if you just press the button once for auto LSD it wouldn't do it because the truck recognizes at that point you are in something you need out of, if it does, you just hold it down for 3 seconds to shut the computers control down most of the way. All toyotas have a distinct abs sound and feel. To me it does anyway. My Camry and Tacoma both were just like that.

Didn't know that huh? Well after you hold it down three seconds the computers traction control is off, the LSD is on and the trucks stability control is still on...

Hold it down 3 more seconds and you shut everything off. Careful now... You might have forgot how to drive on your own!

Ha, no the abs stay working, but only if you hit the breaks and they try to lock up.

So i did the 3 sec hold down and there wasn't any indication that it did anything different than just pressing it once. No flash of the light or something like that. Hold for 3 seconds again and it just turns the "auto lsd" light off, same as just pressing it once.

Brian, make sure you are at a complete stop and holding it long enough. If you aren't familiar with the system, read the info in the link I posted above. There is a lot to it.

Newbie here but, my tire and alignment shop told me it may just need aligned back to center on the steering wheel. Had them do it and haven't had the problem since?
