VOTE: Fender Flares- Color Matched or Black?

I'd like to see it when it's done.

I have not put any on yet.......

 

I voted color match with your main paint color it seems to look cleaner. Now I have Smoked Mesquite, which is pretty close to black, I'd like to see what black and color matched would look like on my paint scheme. Go Beavs!

 

I like matte black on white Tundras (Storm Trooper style), otherwise color matched! ...although black has a more off-road look to it.

 

switch back to chrome all around and do chrome flairs with chrome ventvisors. Nobody will have that.

My vote is color match.

However at any point you are thunking line x on all your black parts, that would look ba man.

 

I vote for OE style black fender flares. If you go off-road they'll get scratched up and I think that they would go well with how your bumpers look.

What brand flares?

 

You already have everything contrasting in black, might a well go all the way. You wouldn't notice the fender flares if they were color matched.

How much was it to get them color matched ? And where did you do it ?

 

I had a friends dad do them for me. Where are u located? I’m debating on putting them for sale actually.

 

Color matched for sure in my opinion. Black flares from a distance makes a truck look like it has tiny tires with a huge void in the wheel well.

 

Truck looks good, get after that rear bumper.....

 

Color match, looks more integrated IMO.

 

I'm a cheap mofo, no way would I pay $400 to paint my fender flares.

So this might be a loaded question but which brand of flare do ya'll recommend ? On my '07 I think I bought some middle of the road ones for like $280 and can't remember which brand but I'm looking at the Bushwhacker for $450(ish) unpainted.

Are there any other brands that would get your vote ? I do need probably 1 - 1.5 inches of extra coverage since my tires stick out a bit and this Vermont mud likes to fly a bit.

 

Just installed mine the other day. I kept them black I like the contrast.
