I like that blue color a lot. That was my color of choice.

    I have a 14’ CM SR5 4x4

1- no tire pressure gauge on display
2- no remote start (especially for my truck being fairly new)
3- no storage under back seat
4- VERY limited wheel selection for 17”
5- Truck comes with halogen headlights/ fog lights (c’mon Toyota come to the 21st century)

But that’s just me nit picking and I’m sure most of you guys’ would agree w/ my list.

My wife’s vehicle has a push button ignition and I don’t see the advantage. Putting a key in the ignition isn’t a big deal.

I believe you’re thinking of “push to start” I’m talking about being able to start your truck from inside the house so the heater turns on in the morning

You’re right. I was trying to respond to some others who listed the lack of push button start as something they hated.

Thanks, I got lucky. My first pick was "Barcelona Red" but there were none in the state that were configured the way I wanted. The "Blazing Blue Pearl" Tundra was only a couple of hours away and the dealer worked out a transfer and it worked out. It turns out this color is exactly the same color as the brand new 1968 Harley Davidson XLCH I bought right out of high school.

    It's all good!

    - Yup i also hate the front vents blowing when i only have floor vents chosen. (Btw i just rented a silverado this past week, 0 forced air through front vents when lower vents chosen).
    - no usb ports anywhere (really in a $50k truck in 2018?)
    - no remote locking tailgate (again in the standard chevy silverado i rented)
    - under seat storage a joke (my dad has a new Colorado has great storage).
    - jbl stereo system straight blows...and you cant even adjust it easily...htf did someone sign off on putting this stereo in a $50k vehicle...what a joke!
I now have had a 2008 and now 2018 Tundra, both pretty good (for the $2008 way better than 2018). But with the new chevy and ford models out Toyota has definitely lost any edge it may have had for sure and i borderline am regretting my decision. I have always hated ford and chevy trucks but not so much anymore...the Tundra needs a redesign big time.
Oh and btw if someone wants to say I'm whining maybe they shouldn't click on sub titled "what we hate about our trucks"

No USB port? You need to look closer, all the Entunes have a USB port!

I had regrets selling my 2007 and purchasing my 2017. Oh well, it is what it is. Hopefully they step up in a few areas with the remodel.

    A bunch
Since that USB is low amperage you need the other 3 to put USB converters that use the higher amperage to actually charge phones

My single USB port charges my phone just fine. It doesn't take much current for phone charging.

Not sure if you have the Entune Premium Audio or not, but my '18 with Entune has to ability to rewind live radio stations. When you are in the "Audio" tab, and tuned into a radio station, press the little arrow on the right side of the screen, and that will open up the rewind and playback functionality.

The "Woman" talks about trading our 2007 SR5 for a newer model. My response, "why" or "what for". The 2007 is payed for, runs great, looks great, & does everything a gen3 will do for our needs without the payment.

I actively hate the bluetooth interface on the stereo. It is truly the one thing i hate. On my wife's Ford, after a device is paired, to play music from it all you have to do is press the bluetooth button on the dash and select the device. In my 2010, I have to press the talk switch and use voice commands and say 'confirm' at like four different steps in the process every time I want to play pandora. I seethe with anger every time i do it.

I have one of these in the back cigar port that my kids tap into, I keep the long cords in the seat pouch behind the front seats because they don’t always need them.

Low profile, TRD red lol, dual 4.8A faster than little 2.4A phone cube.

Hate’s a strong word, but boy does my prissy hands love my wife’s Lexus heated steering wheel. No Tundra trim has it, higher RAV4’s do wtf. Would have never noticed before until we got that Lexus.

The second row air blower system. I've had cars from the 2000s with much more modern features. It's cheap and plastic. Really grinds my gears. Some extra mpgs would be nice.

I don’t like where the steering wheel controls are. They aren’t as comfortable or easily accessible as other vehicles I’ve had. Nothing on the backside, and volume just in a random spot.

This might be my biggest regret I have about my Tundra. Winter lasts from November through March here in Vermont and my hands are just cold all the time.

Cool. Thanks :) I’ll look up that adapter online.

I had a long cord like you mentioned and was using it;however, when I did my IOS iPhone update, all those aftermarket long wires I had didn’t work anymore. And apple doesn’t make long wires that I know of. This is one reason I can’t stand Apple. I just don’t understand why there are two lighter ports in front part of truck and non in the back. Maybe it’s different in other sub models. I have the SR5
