Brewery Terreux Sans Pagaie. Sour blonde ale aged on cherries in oak barrels. Picked this up on offer for $10.

Plenty of face puckering sourness up front. Finishes dry with light cherry flavour.

Fort George Brewery in Astoria, Oregon... my fav was the second in from the right... Skies of Wonder IPA... a BLAST of flavor from the first sip... tons of citrus, clean finish... one of the best IPAs I’ve had... the Peanut Butter Brownie on the right was good... notes of chocolate, but not much of the nutty flavor... but still very good... second favorite on the flight... next was the Vortex IPA... second in from the left... just a solid IPA, not too bitter but nice hoppy flavor. Heading to Buoy Brewery tomorrow... stay tuned!

Argh... went to Buoy Brewery in Astoria, Oregon today... forgot to take a pic... but I had their American Cream Ale, 5.something percent, 19 IBU... crisp beer start to finish... not bitter ( only 19 IBU )... generally refreshing.

I enjoyed the tour there when we went last year. If you eat at the restaurant, get the pretzel and beer cheese, it was delicious.

We have a project at Arden this summer and I'm really looking forward to hitting this place. Already told the Project Manager not to question lunch and dinner at the brewery on the expense reports.

Stopped at my local brewery to pick up my fix of Lagertha, noticed they have a new limited release so I grabbed that too.

Tastes like the malty, semiflat beer that is common in UK/France. Tasty stuff that brought back memories of a trip to Europe.

The Temptress | Imperial milk stout | 9.1%

Black color with thick, off-white head. Smells of malty chocolate, molasses and caramel. Flavor is slightly bitter with smokey malt, tobacco, licorice and a semi-sweet end..Lots of body, brief finish. Good.
    Thanks to @Larmand!

Smells of citrus, a lot of it. Almost smells tropical. Hops and citrus taste. The highest IBU I have had so far. Clean and crisp, is the only way I can describe it.

I couldn't decide on what to get so I got a Dry Dock variety pack.
I will get this IPA again, I enjoy it.

Lots of apricot in this. Both taste and smell. This was my first sour. To be honest, I'm on the fence. I'll try a few others before I make a decision. Yes sir, there is a reason it's called a sour. I expected a little tartness, its loaded with sour. To be continued...
