Prior 2005 compression was 9.6:1 after 10:1. Was this diff from short block or heads. Looking for short block in Chicago area.

Comp pressure or ratio. Real or effective?

Sorry, to be clear, real meaning static. If static you have your answer.

I don't know this is data from Toyota specs. In details I have Sequoia 05 with bed bottom. I can save heads and accessories. Can I buy short block ( block + pistons and crank) of 01-04 ( no VVT) and put it in with VVT heads and all accessories. Is it clear enough?

In theory yes. Check oem part numbers and cross reference years etc.

3UR bottom ends should all be the same.
