That's actually awesome that u have a recall for frame rust. I remember when I sold toyotas, any tundra that had a frame recall on it they would give alot more on trade in knowing the service center would get a brand new frame to put in that was reimbursed from corporate. If u can get yourself a brand new frame put the deal would be awesome. Despite the long wait to get it back and hassle it causes not having the truck for that long while they replace it. When the truck gets back from that it's worth significantly more not that it just got a brand new frame. I want to say my dealership was adding between 5-10k to any trade in that had the recall for new frame and just wasnt done yet.

Nice. If I was you I'd push for the new frame if u can. The alternative is they spray the existing frame to simply inhabit further rusting. Many that I've heard had this done were not happy with it since they're not careful about where and how they spray. The usually make a mess spraying everything and anything, both the areas that should be sprayed and the areas that should not be sprayed. It's not like the spend the time taping or masking off the areas that shouldn't be sprayed. They lift it, get under it, and spray EVERYTHING, usually not doing a good job with it. So if u know someone there I'd really push for the new frame and just dont expect to get it back anytime real soon. U might be without it for months literally. Just as a precaution if it's not really rusted and they refuse to replace, make them aware that you've heard horror stories of what a shitty job they usually do spraying it. Hopefully if they know you are aware of hearing all the negative stories how they make a mess and spray shit that shouldn't be, hopefully they'll at the very least do a better job on yours being more careful to only spray the frame and parts that should be. Otherwise, u may find it literally covered everywhere underneath your truck. Sometimes even causing issues like spraying brakes, rotors, ect. Good luck with it my friend.

Plus that truck could quite possibly last you a very long time if you decide to run it til the wheels fall off. However, in the event you decide to either trade it in or sell it privately, the new frame can add a lot of value to the truck, which ends up in your pocket. As opposed to them simply hiding an issue with spray which the new owner would have to be willing to take the chance on, not knowing for sure how good or bad it is under there on the true frame. If u get them to swap it out, the next owner will see that it looks nice and new under there, they'll know that for at the very least the frame, will last them forever.
