Looking for MORE pics of anyone who is running a set of 285/75/17’s on our 3rd gens. I’ve seen pretty much every pic on here with that size that’s why I’m asking for more. I’m about to order Icon Rebounds (+25mm) with 285/75/17 BFGs and want to see if anyone is rubbing or any mods are
Needed.I have 5100’s all around with the front setting at the middle. Also wanted to see 285/70/17 if anyone has those to. Thanks :oldglory:

I just put Toyo RT 285/75R18 on my 2019 with the Factory TRD wheels with a 2 1/2 leveling kit. Zero rubbing with all mud flaps removed. Don't have a good picture to post yet...

@Tundrado Is running 285/75/17 Icon's on 5100's at Middle Setting. He says no rubbing anywhere but just make sure the wheel techs place balancing weights correctly so they don't hit calipers.

Tundrado, please chime in if your set up is still running fine with no rubbing/issues. Thanks! I think you have me sold on this set up...

I previously had RW with 287/75/17 toyo at2 xtreme and they were barely over flush with the fenders.

I now have fn six shooters (which are +25mm) with 285/75/17 falken at3w, and they stick out about .75" past the fenders. You will have a slight rub that you can feel but you won't hear any plastic or metal screeching when you turn.

Still no issues here. No signs of rubbing w icons and bfg ko2 285/75/17. The front mudflap is removed.

Went to buy a matching spare last week and ended up swapping to the bronze rebounds, so will be posting the six speeds for sale after spring break. My wife is pretty stoked :D

This is the best pic I have on my phone. Can take another when I get home. I thought they were pretty close to flush, but will have to look closer later today. Give a really nice stance I think.

Not quite flush, but close enough to not need flares.

Little update fellas. Having my bilsteins (5100, middle setting) put on today. Just ordered Icon Rebounds and BFG KO2 - 285/75/17 they’ll be installed on Monday I’ll post pics on here when done, hoping everything fits w/ no problems. Stay tuned!

Nice man! Can you do me a favor and take a pic of where
Your wheel weights are places pls.
I just want a reference pic just in case the shop has a hard time finding a place to put them due to the caliper clearance.
    THANKS!

Sure, as long as the weights are fairly close to the inside of the spokes you’ll be fine

Just spoke with my wheel/ tire shop and they messed up by telling me the wheels are in stock. Turns out they are actually on back order for 2 weeks

I just ordered from 4wheelparts and used a 5% off coupon. It said “ready to ship”
So hopefully that means in stock...I guess I’ll find out soon in an email if it’s back ordered.

    Finally! Just got some new
Shoes. Came out great, love the look!
    Only issue is that I’ll
Need to trim about 1 inch of the front fender wells. Rubs slightly in reverse at full lock

    Some trimming will

For 285/75r17s , how much tire pressure are you using for a comfortable ride. I've always gone off the specs on the tire, but I've never had a tire this size before?
