    Hi all,
    I've been poking around on here for a few weeks and decided to join. I've loved the Tundra since the second gen came out in '07. I like the new generation as well, but the 2G is my favorite. Since my last car was on its way to its 3rd transmission, I decided it was finally time to get one.
    I have my eye on a 2013 Platinum at Carmax. Its coming from Texas so I have to wait to see it in person, but I'm sure I'll love it. It will be my first truck.
    Looking forward to learning all I can about it here.

    As far as mods, not sure what I'm going to do. First plans include changing the oil and the cabin filter, and removing the fender flares if possible.

    Didn't get my man card until 31! Before that, had a no balls s10, then a Silverado that literally had the wheels fall off after a year (bone stock)!

    Not exactly, I had an Acura. It's gone, so the wifes minivan is currently our only vehicle. I don't know how couples get by on only 1 car. It's a PITA

    Thanks everyone. I debadged the tailgate today. Removed the TOYOTA and TUNDRA emblem and the Carmax sticker. I'm gonna work on those fender flares this weekend, then detail the outside. Of course its supposed to rain on Sunday. :rain: I'll get some more pics taken after that.

    Nothing major....pondering on removing those fender flares. I'd like to add some subs also, but it doesn't sound like thats an easy task because of the JBL head unit.
    I want to tint the windows, add LED's on the interior and license plate,and maybe add the pop and lock tailgate.

    Fender flares are gone, windows are tinted, and I'm almost done with the LED's, just waiting on the vanity mirror and reverse bulbs to arrive.
