Once again it was dark yesterday when I finished working, so here’s a photo all leveled out on the way home from getting the alignment.

I just read this before I did it:

    https://www.tundras.com/threads/diy...ed-bed-light-and-pop-lock-for-tailgate.12187/

Didn’t even read the instructions it came with and yes, genuine Pop & Lock from Amazon. Got it as a Amazon Warehouse ‘used’ for $75. Everything was included. Everything looked new except the box was a little worn.

    https://www.amazon.com/Pop-Lock-PL8535-Tailgate-Toyota/dp/B00LST3022/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=pop+&lock_tundra=&qid=1553374509&s=gateway&sr=8-1

Also, I used red Posi-Taps because I had them and prefer them over what is provided.

I got the actual pop n lock. The 16’s have a slightly different wiring set up, but there are you tube vids that show the correct wires to tap into.

I was referring to the instructions that come in the pop n lock. I think it was just the color wire or something like that.

But the link provided does have the correct info.

@Dark Knight i was about to purchase the knobs too but couldn’t choose between black and the grey one. Black looks pretty good, was the install hard?

Can lift from the wheel with this, and also my shackle off of my hitch. I got the hi-lift mostly so I can get a permit to drive on the beach in brigantine Nj. It is one of the permit requirements. A friend of my that is a welder is going to make me an attachment so I can either lift from the front tow hooks and also possibly off the frame.

Kelly, install was real easy! Once you pop the panel below the controls you're good to go. And there is video instructions, just watch along or before you install and you will be fine!

Does anyone have the plastic square fog light housing that wants to part with? Now that I've put my BD fog lights, I wanna see about rigging up my OEM Tundra fog lights to my T100

I put in the angled bezels that come with the fog light pocket kit with my bd squadrons. I don't know if you need anything from that like the non angled bezels or the fogs themselves, but I think I have both. I'm pretty sure I used the same fog light housing so don't think I can help u there.

Put in the Genesis Offroad dual battery set-up this weekend with a pair of group 25 batteries. Pretty simple install and all systems seem to be "go". Engine compartment needs a serious scrub!

I have one of those, too. Not practical for changing tires, but great for lifting it up off ground and stacking rocks or something underneath when stuck. Very interested to see what your friend comes up with to be able to lift from the tow hooks and possibly the frame.

Yeah I’m going with the red theme inside, also have the red vent ring covers bud didn’t want to do too much red....thought the black just made sense in that spot.

So I got around to installing some Noico and my speaker and amo upgrades from @tech12volts. I'll write up a review later on.

Yes I also could not deal with the factory sound in the truck. I installed the focal integration components in the front and focal 3 way 6 1/2 in the rear doors (no pics of the doors unfortunately). Hooking up to the factory head unit was a bit of a challenge to get it sounding right but have the audio control LC7I to decode the signal and allow for the amp add on as well. Also have the kicker hideaway and actually sounds really good for what it is without having to build a box behind/under the back seat of you want some extra bass. Once everything was tuned in it sounds really good.CA1E9E47-356B-454A-98F2-5082B48ADC5F.jpgF7581021-DCC9-43D3-9040-988D848C8886.jpg B1496F8B-1986-4190-BB11-34BB01C7522E.jpg
