Unfortunately I revered the red and black plug on one of 3 plugs. It's the one that comes on with DRL and when headlights are on. Its the white "C" lights. Since then my fog light, DRL, and Lic plate lighst are not working. Headlights, turn lights, brake lights, turnlights work. But FOG, DRL, Lic plate light and rear "C" shaped light is Not.. Did i burn a relay? I checked ever single fuse in the fuse box but don't know how to check if any relays are burned? PLEase HELP!!

Correction. DRL is working. Lic Plate, tail light when you turn on the Headlight is not working. I checked the fog light relay. It checked out. Is there a switch that could be burned?

I would instal the stock ones back and see if the problem still follows. If it does, then it'll be time for some more troubleshooting. If the stock ones work, then either got a bad set of lights or burnt something when you installed the wrong wires.

Is there a secondary relay somewhere inside the cabin?

When I switch to position 2, instrument panel light works. I have a spyder front head light as well and the LED should work but that's not coming on either...

i was able to replace all fuses that burned. The only thing I am still having problem is the fog light. Relay checked out, fuses are good. As for the light, it's fine.

crossed red and black. Even the lable on the wire said warning, red with red, black with black. I couldn't see the color until I plugged in and peeled the factory tape.... big kick in the ass it was.

@Inferno16 -- I'm having the same issue with my spyder tail lights. Worked for a number of months, then when the license plate bulb blew it started to act up. After change the bulb and the tail light fuse which blew, my tail light and fog no longer works. In fact, ever time I replace the tail light fuse and turn on the headlight the fuse blows. I'm completely out of ideas

What other fuses did you have to replace?

Had same problems with aftermarket taillights. Every time I would install them it would mess with all my electrical. Went back to stock and no problems.

Ok. I figured it out. Make sure tail light plugs are connected to the OEM plugs tight and tape it to ensure no moisture will get in it. Rain or wash make sure. Also some aftermarket taillight allows moisture or water to penetrate through where wires go into the light housing. Silicone it. Trust me It completely stopped the issue.
