What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

Did you get someone to program the key and does it have a transponder?

 

I put it behind the seat.
My radio has rca preouts, but you can connect a line output converter to your two rear speakers and connect it that way.

 

Installed a TRD black leather shift knob . Added 'bout 3 hp. Rear sway bar comes tomorrow .

 

Don't cut yourself short, that's at least 5hp.

Also finally installed dash cam.

 

Today I bought Pro Grille & Bulge, A Pillar Grab Handle, Color Matched Mirror Caps, and Color Matched Door Handles from Roman. I know it’s like an old hat but will post pics when it all comes in and I get it put on.

 

Got tint done two front. 25% suntek $80 bucks.

 

Tried to instal my Coachbuilder bumper shims, but I couldn’t get the nuts loose on the bumper mounts. Guess I’ll hit the gym and try again next month.

 

Yeah, I was just trying to do it with the tools I had on hand. I was able to break one of them loose with just a 14mm wrench. A short socket isn’t deep enough to reach the nut, and a deep socket doesn’t allow enough room to get the ratchet in there too.

What bumper? Looks great!

 

One of the Lucky Tundra trucks to be a test fit for the Kleinn Tundra direct fit kit. Onboard air kit, air horn 230, 6885 blastmaster upgrade kit, 333 remote control. Ran into problems as I have a TRD dual exhaust which the left pipes are in the way. Contacted Gary Wright from Kleinn service and explained I had to remove my spare to fit the (3) horns, (3 gal) air tank, compressor and on board air system. Pic to follow. Kinda bummed but I guess that’s what a test kit is for

Is the cerwin Vega connected directly from the stock jbl amp?

 

Plasti Dipped grill surround until I pull trigger on a permanent option and also bed lined the grill insert. Way too much chrome!

Try this to add leverage, or put a pipe (jack handle) over the wrench for leverage.

Got a great deal on the side steps a few weeks ago.


Got an even better deal on the tires. I'll be ordering TPMS sensors and new lugs soon.

Next up though is installing the speaker upgrades with some Noico sound deadener. I'll have those pics up by Sunday.

 

Installed SPC UCAs from @BOSS4x4s Going to get an alignment here in the next couple hours. Install was pretty straight forward and took me 1.75 hours.

Very cool. If I still had knobs, I’d do this.

 

Its a little process there is a video on their site that shows you how not to screw up yout controls. Took me 15 mins tops, but i recommend watching the video first.
