I like em Dirty broskie. I've got the standard 8" and did not install resonator. Sounds great and no low end loss. Keith designs his exhaust for every need and WARRANTY the sound. Who else does that? Noone. Seems simple to me.

Yeah I know, I am leaning toward 10" but I am considering the 8".

I got loud when we I want it. Redid my 87 over the past few years. 383 roller motor, TCI built th400. It has long tube headers and old school Flowmaster 40 mufflers that is dumped right after muffler. It is plenty loud and drive it here and there but not much at all anymore. It was my uncle's farm truck from Central Ohio. He gave it to me 10 years ago and ai started playing around with it and got it to be a good running truck anytime I want.

Y’all better make a decision by the end of the month! I’ve never heard the 10”, but I love my 8”. Good news is if you don’t like the sound, or get tired of it, just send it back. No one in the business has a warranty like Keith’s.

Does DD make a muffler that you could just put in the place of the TRD muffler? I like the TRD tips. I wouldn’t want to replace the whole system, just the muffler.

Yup. His TRD replacement system, and it comes in 3 different sounds. And for the first time ever that one is included in the group buy.

I ordered an 8" from Keith. It arrived yesterday and is getting installed this weekend. I can't wait. I had TRD duals on my 2015 and liked them, however, I always wanted a little more sound. I heard the 8" gives you that.

Will do. I am attempting to do this by myself in my driveway, so hopefully the install goes ok. I spoke with Keith and he said it shouldn't be a problem.

Do not install resonator at first. Make sure you aren't happy without it. I didn't and I love it without resonator

I did it in my garage in under 30 minutes. A socket and WD-40 and it's incredibly easy!

It’s a 1 man job. I installed mine in about 30 minutes by myself.

This is good advice. I don’t have the resonator on yet either. I might put it on because long highway drives start to drone. But you can always add it with the tailpipe on, so no reason to rush cutting your tail pipe.

Yes I was planning on installing without resonator. Driving for a week or so and seeing if I want it on or not. I drive from the Boro to Franklin everyday and its pretty much all highway.

I know that you do alot of highway driving. Is it bad without the resonator?
