Do you have a picture of the full front bumper from the front? Also, is there a hoop option?

I've wanted to make one a bit more like our nissan frontier bumper but would need a truck in the shop to do it

Quick question for P&P... I was looking at your website and your pages are all messed up. If I click on the page for the gas-tank skid, it takes me to Trans SKid description and cost is $200. If I go to the Trans skid link/pic the images are for the gas-tank skid.

So I guess my real question is: Do you offer a tank skid for the 38gallon tank... and how much (bare steel)

How much prep work did you put in before painting ? Your DIY paint job looks quite nice.

I’m not a knowledgeable painter but I’ve definitely learn prep is key when painting so I took my time. I first sanded with 400 grit, then cleaned them really well wiping it down with acetone. I used Rustoleum self-etching primer and did 3 super light coats. The Rustoleum Hammered paint is fairly forgiving so I did 5 medium coats, waiting about 30 minutes between coats. Im happy with how they look, hopefully the paint is durable. I’m letting them cure a few days before install. I needed 2 cans of primer and 4 cans of paint to do this job.

Thanks for the details, it will be a challenging project since I know mine will end up getting scratched up at some point. The rattle can paint will be convenient repair then having to use HPLV sparayer.

All powder coated sliders except 1 who’s freight company didn’t show up went out Friday. They are expected to be ther and go out on Monday. I was out of the shop traveling To pick up our next development truck since Thursday night so no one has tracking plugged in yet - and why I’ve been light on responses. I should be back to the shop Sunday evening and will get everything plugged in then. Hoping I have lol the lines sliders prepped, hung, shot, cured and boxed for shipping by the end of the coming week.

What choices are you trying to decide between?

I want something with step plates so my wife and 3 year old son can get into the truck. My predator steps ripped off so I want the durability of a rock slider. I see two configurations on the step plates, can I see pictures of each? I think I want front and rear but just want to see it on a truck. The pictures on the p&p website show rear only so I guess that’s the front only version installed backwards.

All my round 1 powder coated guys should have emails/PM's with tracking information today.

Round 1 lined sliders are getting prepped and hung today. Hopefully will get to lay down liner too but that will be dependant on how much time the sanding and prep takes.

I've updated the list on the OP with deposits for round 2. There were a couple deposits that I didn't have a screen name to match to. If you r order # is in the list but not your s/n please PM me so I can match those up.

    Thanks

    Mac

Getting ready to pull the trigger myself. How does the monster liner compare to powder in terms of long-term durability? I assume better?

Got a call from coworker at shop toady who wanted to know if I wanted him to sign for my “crated” sliders that showed up like this

    70655B15-37FB-47EB-8B46-AF2DEF566D33.jpg

His next comment was - metal workers shouldn’t try to be carpenters!! HA HA
Combined with the shipping co. That just don’t care

Luckily my Sliders made it with just a few scuffs - I’ll touch em up as needed
Can’t wait till weekend to get them on!!!

@mac11 - THX for group buy and all the updates throughout the process-
    1st impression- SOILD!!
Seam like a good group of guys- keep up the good work
    P.S.-
Try lag bolting the legs/ feet to the crate
For a little extra security- shipping co. Are HORRIBLE!! JM2C
