@jkeene straight up lied to us. He said that Amazon sets their prices and they just fulfill the orders (not true for 3rd party sellers). Granted this is not directly from Amazon, but it seems current and legitimate. If the GM of a company can lie like this I wonder what other shady dealings 4Wheel Online conducts.

 

But if you notice the email is from Amazon, so maybe amazon is now doing the necessary refunds due to the complaints

4wheel pulled the same act with me last year although I ordered directly from them. They charged my credit card at point of sale, held my money for several days, then told me product was out of stock, said I should wait a few weeks and call back, I did, still out of stock, so then I finally cancelled order. I think several weeks had gone by, and i don’t recall getting my money back quickly after cancelling.

This seems to be a very concerning pattern with 4wheel. Query whether they are making money off interest of payments for products for which they know (or made a mistake) they can’t fulfill.

 

So how many people do you think still work in the Amazon sales department at 4 wheel online?
