USB port won't read memory card

    2018 Crew Max here.
    I tried a 64GB AND a 2GB both formated FAT32, USB light comes on but still won't read the folders/files (mp3), USB is grayed out on the screen. First time trying it.
    Wtf?
    Any input on this?
