Drove from Guntersville, AL to Lincolnton, NC yesterday. Google says it's a 6.5 hour trip. Google LIES! Google doesn't take into account that you have a 2 year old and a 5 year old passenger, or the fact that it's pouring down rain and people from GA can't drive in the rain.
2 early pee stops put us an hour behind and we hit Atlanta rush hour traffic. I hate Atlanta. While sitting in a complete standstill just before the 285/85 interchange, my 2 year old gets carsick and pukes, twice. :puke:
Sat in traffic for another hour or so with my son covered in his own puke. Finally get moving and pull off at a gas station in North Atlanta to try and sanitize him and the carseat using only baby wipes (it's all I had). That takes another hour. Finally got back on the road, pouring rain, and everything smelled like spoiled regurgitated milk. By the time we finally reached the hotel in Lincolnton, that 6.5 hours had turned into 11.5 hours. I think it was somewhere around 2:30a when the boy fell asleep. The carseat still smells.

I frequently try to catch air over the train tracks near my work. its such a steep approach and then there's a kicker right where the tracks are and going about 45-50 will get the truck off the ground

Traveled 5hrs to Columbus Ohio. Drove around and nope no @ARamirez73 here.

Went in convention center and with thousands of people searched frantically and still nothing.

I did ask the Agent if an Adam Ramirez could be held at port since he maybe "suit casing" smuggled sausage from a recent cruise. Advised him he goes by @ARamirez73.

Anyone know what ship he is on? Some Agents owe me favors and this would be good idea.

Pineapple tamales rock, drizzle a little honey. Holy hell that's some fine snacking right there.

For those of you who wonder why my wife puts up with me, this is the answer. 25 years of marriage, three kids ranging from 12-21, and I’ve been responsible for cleaning up everything that comes out of them, outside of normal diaper changes. EVERYTHING.

She can’t handle it, so it’s always my problem. That’s why she keeps me around. To clean up puke, etc that our kids (and her) leave behind.
