Who has had a bad time dealing with these guys?

I ordered all my interior LEDs as well as the cargo lights from them. Had a great experience..
What happened? Maybe they can make it right for you?

 

Well I ordered the NSV hood scoop bar light and some interior leds online. Waited to see when it would ship. When it didn’t I called and talked to them and they said they where out of the NSV and some interior lighting. Mind you I have a truck show to go to in 3 days and this was the finishing touch to my build. No where online did it say they were out of stock. So I was stoked to get it in. Now I’m stuck with a refund on my credit card and I can’t purchase from another vendor because I have to wait 2 to 3 days for the money to get back on my card. So now I’m screwed. Just aggravated with them. Not a good business practice to screw customers like this. Just my opinion.

At least they were fast on the refund. But, I’m just completely disgusted right now.

 

Yeah, truck show down in New Orleans specifically for tundras. Gonna be sic.

 

Well show us your truck, don’t just say you have a show truck and not post pictures

I had a good experience with @Headlight Revolution ran in to a snag installing an NSV lightbar and they got me in touch with the manufacturer directly. I screwed up when paying for said lightbar and over payed on the group buy. Asked for some interior LEDs vs. a refund and they hooked it up with more value than I payed for. Shipping was quick and communication was top notch.

Now they just need to do a specific video about NSV harness to headlight wiring on 18+ light bar installs and they’d be perfect.

 

Screw waiting on the wife here she is. Not clean but it’s all good.

You ordered yesterday and we ran out of stock on Tuesday, we didn't catch that we were out of stock quick enough before you placed your order in that time gap. I notified my Website team about this and they will patch that up when they come in today. I am glad that we could get your order refunded and hopefully you will give us the chance to right this in the future. Yeah man I was totally hyped about getting it in. Gonna have a lot of my Army brothers there with me. They wanted to see the knight rider gimmick. Lol oh well maybe next time. She ain’t even really clean.

 

Caleb@HR from Headlight Revolution has contacted me and we have worked through the situation. I will definitely be giving them another chance and will just have to suck it up this time. If it wasn’t for him I’d have a deferent outlook probably. Thanks Caleb and thanks Ramirez.

 

Ordered all exterior Leds for my truck Sat. They emailed me at 908am monday to tell me one item was backordered, and did I want to change to a different part or split the order. Told them to split it, and had one package Tues. and My tracking number shows the other item will be here Fri. Free 2nd day air on both free, and good communication. I cant talk bad about them at this point.
